While we are pleased for our friends in the firm’s Investment Management Group and excited for their next chapter,  it’s very important to note that this acquisition will not impact any of our not-for-profit or government clients.  No partners or staff who serve not-for-profit or government clients are involved in this transaction.  Please be assured that the team that serves your organization today will not change as a result of this acquisition.

On Thursday, March 22, Not-For-Profit Group partner Steve Glueck led a discussion titled "Anatomy of IRS Audits for Nonprofits" for the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants' (PICPA) podcast series, CPA Conversations. 

On Tuesday, November 7, at 10:00 a.m. Not-For-Profit Group partner Steve Glueck will present "Risk Assessment: The Key to Both Large and Small Nonprofit Organizations" at the Regional Foundation Center at Parkway Central Library in Philadelphia. 

BBD was proud to sponsor the inaugural Women in Nonprofit Leadership Conference: The PowHer of Working Together, which was held Wednesday, April 5 on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania. 

On Thursday, May 19, Not-For-Profit Group partner Steve Glueck presented at the 14th annual Nonprofit Institute, co-sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Charitable Organizations Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
