On Thursday, May 19, Not-For-Profit Group partner Steve Glueck presented at the 14th annual Nonprofit Institute, co-sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Charitable Organizations Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Glueck presented “Form 990 Reporting – Recent Changes, Common Reporting Errors & Misunderstandings” in conjunction with Noel Fleming of Conley Fleming LLP.

The presentation detailed common pitfalls organizations often make when preparing their annual IRS Form 990 returns and related schedules. Specifically, recently announced changes, the reporting process and noteworthy sections of the Form 990 were discussed.
