On Tuesday, November 7, at 10:00 a.m. Not-For-Profit Group partner Steve Glueck will present "Risk Assessment: The Key to Both Large and Small Nonprofit Organizations" at the Regional Foundation Center at Parkway Central Library in Philadelphia. 

Glueck will discuss the critical function of enterprise risk management (ERM) as a key element of a Board of Directors' role in setting the direction of a nonprofit organization. The presentation will also:

• Review typical Board activities and tips to execute an efficient meeting
• Break down how to implement an ERM process and analyze how that would impact governance, operations, human resources development and other financial areas of an organization
