Megan is BBD's Recruiting and Human Resources Director. She has six years of experience in human resources and recruitment.

At BBD, Megan works with partners to understand and execute the firm's talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future staff needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. She also fosters the firm’s culture, assuring firm members’ comfort and competency through trainings and orientations while keeping the firm updated and educated on healthcare issues, legal regulations, and organizational policies.
