Caitlin is BBD's marketing and communications specialist.

Caitlin provides strategic direction for the firm's marketing and business development initiatives and works closely with the firm's partners to help drive firm growth. She is responsible for the creation, coordination, distribution and management of external and internal firm content, including proposals, blogs, newsletters, social media marketing, email marketing and general website content.

Caitlin also supports the fostering of firm culture. She coordinates external and internal firm events, including spearheading BBD's community outreach and service initiatives.

Caitlin joined BBD in 2021 after beginning her career as a communications and administration coordinator at an orthodontic office in Hatboro, PA.
