Brian is a partner in our firm with more than two decades of accounting and auditing experience dedicated to the not-for-profit industry. He works exclusively with our firm’s approximately 500 not-for-profit clients.
Brian joined BBD from the Philadelphia office of a national accounting firm, where he led services for not-for-profit organizations in the Mid-Atlantic region. He works with a variety of not-for-profit organizations and specializes in the accounting, audit and tax issues affecting higher education institutions, health care organizations and trade associations.
Beyond providing accounting, audit and tax services for our not-for-profit clients, Brian is also available to assist with:

Brian also is skilled in presenting to Boards of Directors, ensuring client satisfaction and understanding of the annual audit results.
Brian is a frequent public speaker at various industry conferences, including the Eastern Association of College and University Business Officers, where he has spoken on such topics as raising tax-exempt debt, accounting updates, and strategic planning in a dynamic environment. Brian also is a published author. Select publications include, “Adapting to the Campus of the Future” and “Prepare for Succession Planning and Leadership Challenges.”
Brian is a Certified Public Accountant in both Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
