Merideth is a senior manager with more than 20 years of experience dedicated to the service of clients within the not-for-profit sector.

Her wealth of experience related to the accounting, audit, tax and financial reporting issues specific to this arena brings value to our clients.

Merideth has a wealth of experience in the accounting, auditing and tax needs for a variety of not-for-profit organizations, including but not limited to:

 

  • Social services organizations that are subject to the Uniform Guidance and Government Auditing Standards
  • Religious organizations
  • Membership organizations
  • Private foundations
  • Civic-minded and voter rights organizations
  • Employee benefit plans, including defined benefit and defined contribution plans subject to ERISA guidelines
  • Community and real estate development organizations, including those funded through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and through Low-Income Housing Tax Credits

 

Merideth also has conducted financial training programs for prospective not-for-profit board members as well as several Continuing Professional Education (CPE) seminars.
