Bill is a Director of Tax Services at BBD. He has more than 30 years experience with all significant aspects of federal, state, local and international tax matters for public and privately held business enterprises, investment companies, not-for-profit organizations, long-term care organizations, employee benefit plans and individuals, estates and trusts.

Bill has extensive experience with federal, state and local tax laws and regulations and other regulatory requirements for manufacturing, distribution, investment companies and business-to-business service companies. He personally handles the tax matters for many of these companies. He has extensive experience with all major aspects of federal, state and local income tax, excise tax, franchise tax and related taxes for corporations, investment companies, limited liability companies, partnerships and proprietorships. He specializes in tax planning for closely held corporations and tax planning, financial planning and estate planning for their shareholders and key employees.

Bill regularly attends national and local seminars related to current developments in the taxation of business enterprises, investment companies, individuals, estates and trusts. Bill constantly monitors and keeps abreast of new and pending tax legislation, treasury regulations and IRS Rulings and informs both our clients and professional staff of the impact of such legislation on our clients’ tax situations.
