Stacy is a manager in our firm and has 15 years of experience serving the investment management industry.

Stacy’s knowledge of the mutual fund industry includes both open and closed-end funds, funds with multi-class structures and funds of funds. She has assisted numerous clients with SEC registration and reporting forms.

Prior to joining BBD, Stacy served as manager for the audits of approximately 45 mutual funds annually, comprising $20 billion in assets.

Stacy also has served as a supervisor and a manager at two major mutual fund accounting service providers. As a manager, Stacy was responsible for maintaining client relationships; coordinating the interaction between the Transfer Agent, Custodian and Accounting Agent; development of staff; and training of the advisers on requirements of regulated investment companies. Stacy also was involved with the start-up of numerous mutual funds.
