Ron is a partner in our firm’s Not-For-Profit Group and also leads the firm’s services for long-term care facilities and government entities.  Throughout his three decades of service for not-for-profit organizations and public and privately held commercial enterprises, Ron has developed a reputation for consistently providing superior client service and guidance. 

Ron’s not-for-profit expertise includes:

• Compliance procedures and reporting requirements included in Government Auditing Standards as well as the provisions of OMB Circular A-133
• Assisting clients in the development and/or modification of their accounting and reporting systems to facilitate their government report preparation process
• Assisting clients in the selection, development and implementation of their accounting, reporting, budgeting and cash management systems
• Issues related to tax laws and regulations, including the unrelated business income tax, public charity or private foundation status, lobbying expenditures and classification of service providers as employees or independent contractors
