Marianne is a tax manager in our firm’s Not-For-Profit Group and directs all tax services for our firm’s more than 100 not-for-profit clients.  She has served as a tax resource for not-for-profit organizations for more than 15 years.

Marianne’s not-for-profit tax expertise includes:

• Implications of the new IRS Form 990
• Obtaining and maintaining tax-exempt status
• Developing tax-wise organizational structures
• Unrelated business income tax issues (UBIT)
• Lobbying expenditures and limitations
• Deductibility of contributions
• Employee income tax and payroll tax issues
• State and local sales tax issues

Marianne is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Management Accountants.  She earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in accounting from Temple University.
