Eric is a partner in our firm. He has provided accounting, audit, tax and advisory services to various commercial enterprises for 11 years.

Eric has extensive experience in accounting, auditing, taxes and financial reporting for both public and privately held middle-market commercial businesses. He has specialized knowledge and experience in computerized audit techniques and the application of auditing standards and procedures to middle-market businesses. He also is thoroughly familiar with the application of generally accepted accounting standards to the key financial reporting issues facing these businesses.

Eric is the engagement manager for many of our commercial public company clients. Because of Eric’s work with these clients, he maintains a thorough knowledge of PCAOB requirements for commercial public companies.
