Curt Hartranft is a manager with BBD’s Investment Management Group and has approximately 25 years of experience serving the investment management industry, both in public accounting and mutual fund administration and operations.

He has extensive experience with the accounting, audit, and financial reporting issues related to registered investment companies and maintains a current understanding of the issues affecting these funds. His expertise includes both open and closed-end funds, funds with multi-class structures, and funds of funds.

Prior to joining BBD, Curt was a manager in a national investment management industry practice. He also served as the Director of Mutual Fund Administration for Lincoln Investment Planning, Inc. as well as Vice President for Securities Services in the Institutional Trust Services Operations Division of Wachovia Bank.
