Adam is a partner in our firm’s Not-For-Profit Group. Adam joined the firm in 2001, and his superior client service as well as his significant expertise have been instrumental in aiding the continual expansion of the firm.

Adam provides the following services for our not-for-profit clients:

• Audits in compliance with Government Auditing Standards and the provisions of OMB Circular A-133
• Development and implementation of accounting, reporting and budgeting systems
• Cost allocation plans
• Internal control reviews
• Assistance with the implementation of the new IRS Form 990
• Implementation of PA Act 141 of 1998, which relates to the treatment of endowment funds

He also regularly presents seminars and workshops for our not-for-profit clients to keep them informed of the latest accounting, audit and tax developments that will impact their organizations.
