On the heels of earning the Philadelphia Business Journal Best Place to Work distinction for the third year in a row, BBD hosted its annual Summer Experience program for college accounting students on Wednesday, June 19. 

BBD's Summer Experience offered students an exciting introduction to BBD and to the City of Philadelphia. Students learned about BBD's unique history and culture and met many of BBD's great people throughout the day. Students also had an opportunity to experience what it's like to live and work in Philadelphia, with lunch at a Stephen Starr restaurant and a scavenger hunt that provided an entertaining tour of the Rittenhouse Square area.

Following the Summer Experience, students are invited to apply for internships for 2020 and beyond.

"BBD's Summer Experience truly showcases why BBD is consistently named a Best Place to Work," said Bridget Flanagan, BBD's Human Resources Director. "For many students, it was a fantastic introduction to Philadelphia and our neighborhood as well."
